Pet Protection Policy

Tenants pay a non-refundable pet fee per pet for up to 2 pets. Revitalize Realty covers pet damage repairs exceeding the security deposit up to 4x the collected pet fee.

$3,000 Eviction Protection

In the rare event of an eviction for a Revitalize Realty-placed resident, we’ll cover court costs and legal fees up to $3,000 (three thousand dollars.)
