Humble Beginnings

Revitalize Realty property management has humble beginnings dating back to 2011 when our founder, Lee Waldrop, began buying and flipping houses out of the back of his truck. Fast-forward 8 years to when he became so frustrated with the lack of good property management services in his area, that he decided to finally make his own Turn-Key Property Management company in Mobile, Alabama. In just one year, the small business that started with himself, a truck, one employee, and a desk has outgrown its original office and has since expanded to an additional location across the street. We now serve over 600 doors, countless tenants, and more than a handful of loyal landlords!
